"I have approached Mr. Bob Cassevah about a problem that began when I was called to active military duty. We have accumulated a substantial amount of debts. Bill collectors constantly kept calling us. Hurricane Ivan didn't help matters either. Mr. Cassevah, through American Home Loan, Inc., helped us secure a new mortgage. We paid off existing mortgages and consolidated all our other bills. Mr. Cassevah established contact with all of our lien holders. He stopped harassing phone calls. Mr. Cassevah negotiated a reduced settlement with some of our lien holders. We came out ahead with a reduced interest rate on our previous mortgages. Mr. Cassevah even went to three separate credit bureaus to help resolve and patch up our credit. We could not have caught up with the interest charges, imposed penalties and late charges. Thanks to Mr. Cassevah and American Home Loan, we now have a new lease on life. I want to thank you and all of your staff for their help and kindness.
